I'm AuDHD. ADHD drive and autistic depth, together. I learn fast, think across fields, and connect things most people keep apart.
I started programming at seven. I became a games developer, then a project manager. After that I built and led a seven-figure recruitment platform and grew it to over a million organic visitors a year.
I've worked across games, recruitment tech, psychotherapy training, SEO, UX and business strategy. Not because I couldn't commit. Because my brain does its best work across different fields, finding the pattern each one shares.
In every industry I do the same thing. I find the pattern, work out how it runs, and rebuild it with less friction.
For a long time certain roles felt heavy, project management most of all. I was good at seeing the whole system and solving it, and poor at the routine execution it demanded. I assumed something was wrong with me. It wasn't personal failure. It was a mismatch between the work and the way my mind is built.
When a therapist suggested I was neurodiverse, all of it made sense. My brain wasn't the problem. The environments were. That, plus decades in business, is what moved me into coaching.
In late 2025 I started developing The Friction Principle™, which now sits at the centre of my work.
It explains why our lives carry so much friction, and how to handle it so success arrives in a way that fits you rather than costs you.
Most people arrive certain that they are the problem. Usually the business has been built in a shape that fights how their brain works.
"Most businesses don't have a growth problem. They have a founder-design problem."
People are late, avoid the boring work, start things and fall off. Fix the shape of the business and most of those symptoms go with it.
A company built for your most effective days will feel heavy every other day.
Busy and complicated feel like progress. Often they are somewhere to hide from the exposing work that actually moves things.
Most founders try to add. The faster route is usually removing the work that drains energy and earns little.
People don't break from hard work. They break from work that fights them all day, and the body knows first.
I look for the pattern underneath, then we change the thing that's generating the problem rather than the problem itself.
We work on the business and on the patterns you've built on top of your wiring. They shape the company as much as any strategy does.
Feedback that lands like a threat, so you start avoiding the rooms where it might happen.
Good work kept unfinished because it isn't perfect yet, which usually means it never ships.
The patterns that protect you and hold you still at the same time.
Holding it together in front of people all day, then crashing the moment you get home.
So we work on three things at once: you, the company, and how the two affect each other.
"People come for business problems and stay for identity work."
I built a previous business to $20M in sales before I understood why some things felt effortless and others were impossible for me.
For the last five years I've coached ADHD and AuDHD business owners and executives full time. Over a hundred of them. I usually read how someone's brain and personality work inside the first ten minutes.
People relax around me fast. They stop performing, and then we get to the real work and actually move.
Former $20M founder. AuDHD brain. Psychotherapy background. Accredited by the Association for Coaching, UK. Sessions run online, so I coach founders worldwide.
The cause is usually the design, not you. A short consultation is the simplest way to find out.
