Private coaching · ADHD & AuDHD

An ADHD coach for celebrities and public figures.

Confidential, one to one work for well known people whose brain has always run differently. We work on you, your career, and your life.

For: actors, musicians, singers, presenters, comedians, sportspeople and creators.

Discreet and unhurried. Worldwide, by video or in person, around your schedule.

The problem

Being known didn't change how your brain works.

If you have ADHD or AuDHD, you already know the patterns. Starting things at the last minute. Avoiding certain tasks for weeks. A difficult message that takes the whole day down. The audience didn't remove any of it.

Being public makes it harder to deal with, not easier. You can't be seen struggling. You can't walk into most places for help without it being noticed. And the people around you, your team and your management, need you to be fine.

So you manage it alone, and you mask it in front of everyone. That takes energy every single day, and the better you get at hiding it, the more alone it feels.

The audience sees the success. The life patterns are there every day.

The work

What we work on together.

We work on two things at once. The everyday ADHD struggles, like focus, follow-through and the admin that piles up. And the patterns underneath that keep them stuck, like rejection sensitivity and perfectionism. Most coaching handles one or the other. Here you get both.

Day to day
Focus and follow-through

Starting things, staying on them, and actually finishing. We work on how you get from a pile of half-done projects to done.

Day to day
Time, admin and overwhelm

Deadlines, the boring necessary tasks, and the days when there's too much at once. We build ways to handle them that fit how your brain works.

Pattern
Rejection sensitivity

Auditions, reviews, comments, a role that went to someone else. When criticism lands like a physical hit, we take the sting out so it stops running your decisions.

Pattern
Perfectionism

The standard that made your work good is now the thing that stops you finishing. We work out where it pays and where it only costs you.

Pattern
Masking

You perform in public, and often in private too. Years of appearing fine is exhausting. With me, you can stop performing completely.

Pattern
Avoidance and passivity

The decision that's waited months. The thing you keep putting off. We find what's holding it in place, then release it.

Career
The work itself

Creative blocks, the crash after a release or a tour, the choices about what to take on. We work on the career alongside the patterns, so one doesn't keep undoing the other.

Life
The rest of your life

Relationships, health, money habits, energy and rest. A brain like yours runs hot and needs recovery. This is coaching for the whole of it, not just the work.

Discretion

What confidential means here.

For someone in your position, discretion isn't a nice-to-have. It's the whole basis of the work. So here is exactly what it means in practice.

I never name a client, ever. Not in talks, not in marketing, not in private conversation. Your name is never attached to mine.

Nothing from our work appears anywhere. No posts, no case studies, no stories, no detail that anyone could trace back to you.

I'll sign your NDA, or provide one. Whatever your team needs in place, we put in place before we start.

Your manager, agent or publicist can make the first enquiry. Or someone else you trust. You don't have to make contact yourself.

We meet around your schedule and wherever you are. Between shoots, on tour, in a different time zone. By video or in person.

There are no client names on this page, and there never will be. There are public reviews elsewhere on this site, from founders and executives who chose to put their names to them.

Who this is for

People whose work is watched.

ADHD and AuDHD are common among celebrities and people in creative careers. The pressure of being seen makes them harder to carry. These are the people I most often work with.

Screen and stage
Actors

The audition cycle, the long shoots, the empty stretches between jobs, the reviews. A career built on other people's yes and no is hard on a rejection-sensitive brain.

Music
Musicians and singers

Writing, recording, touring, and the flat drop that comes after a release. We work with the rhythm your brain actually needs, not the one the industry sets.

In the public eye
Other public figures

Presenters, comedians, sportspeople and creators. Different work, same pressure: a lot of people watching, and nowhere obvious to take the hard parts.

Who you'd be talking to

I have the same brain you do, and achieved success with it.

I'm Phil. I'm AuDHD. I built and scaled my own business before I coached, so I know this from the inside, including the parts people don't say out loud.

My background is psychotherapy as well as coaching, and that matters here. Patterns like rejection sensitivity and perfectionism don't move because someone gives you a system. They move when someone understands how they were built, and works with you on the person and the life around them at once.

I've coached an award-winning music producer, and I work with clients worldwide. I'm accredited by the Association for Coaching UK.

How it begins

It starts with a private conversation.

No forms and no automated follow up. It's two people talking, and it goes at your pace.

1
A private enquiry

You get in touch, or your management does it for you. A sentence is enough. You don't need to have worked out what you want yet.

2
We talk

With any privacy your team needs in place first. Bring whatever you want, or nothing at all. I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person, because sometimes I'm not.

3
You decide, in your own time

No chasing. If the answer is no, that's fine, and the conversation stays between us either way.

One place where you don't have to perform.

A confidential conversation with someone who has the same brain, understands the life you live, and will never talk about you.

Questions

Common questions.

I never name clients and nothing from our work appears anywhere. I'll sign your NDA or provide one, and your team can put any other protections in place before we begin.

Yes. The first enquiry can come from your management, agent, publicist or anyone you trust. You don't have to make contact yourself.

Yes. We meet around your schedule and wherever you are in the world, by video or in person. Sessions can flex with a demanding calendar.

No. I have a psychotherapy background and the work goes deeper than most coaching, but it is coaching. If what you need is therapy, I'll say so and help you find it.

No. Many of my clients are self identified or still exploring. We work with how your brain actually behaves, not with paperwork.

Fees are discussed in the first conversation, because they depend on the level of involvement you want. There's no price pressure in that conversation and no obligation after it.
