For ADHD & AuDHD founders scaling a business
Rated 5 out of 5 · 100+ founders coached

An ADHD founder coach who has scaled one too.

I help ADHD and AuDHD founders redesign the business around how their brain actually works, so it stops running through them and starts scaling without burning them out.

Part founder who scaled, part coach, part person who has the same wiring you do and learned the neuroscience.

"From the very first conversation we had, he just got it." "Since then, my business has grown exponentially year on year…" "I was able to fix my financial problems."
A quick gut-check

Does this sound like you?

↓ Tap every one that's true for you. No wrong answers.

Most founders who're a fit tick four or more.

How many of these sound like you?

The more you tick, the more we should talk. Keep going.

That's a business that grew around one brain, with a founder still wired into the middle of it. Some of that is structure. Some of it is control, RSD and identity. We work on both. I do this with founders who tick most of this list, every week.

Press start, then watch where all the work goes.

Waiting on you: 0
Your business, and you in the middle of it.
You, the founder
The one place every decision ends up.

It all ends up back on your desk. Not because the team is weak, but because the quickest way to get a decision has always been to ask you. Over time, that's what they learned to do.

The work goes where it belongs, and you keep the calls that are genuinely yours.

A standard business coach hands you a delegation framework and assumes it will hold. For an ADHD brain it won't, because the task fades from memory the moment it leaves your hands, then lands back on your desk. So we build the structure that keeps it gone.

Your job is to make sure the work gets done. Not to be the one who does it all.

The plain version

What an ADHD founder coach actually does.

The job is to redesign your role and your business around how your brain works, so the company stops running through you and you get back to the work only you can do.

Most coaching at this stage works on your calendar and your morning routine. This works on the company: the shape of your role, where decisions sit, which work keeps coming back to you, and the patterns that keep you in the middle of it all, which halts growth.

You already proved you can build a business. The problem now is that what worked earlier in the company's growth doesn't fit any more. And a few ADHD productivity tips and a cleaner inbox might give you 3 months more road, but you'll reach the same point again.

Much of the work runs on what I call The Friction Principle™. We go through the business piece by piece and fix the ADHD-unfriendly systems that crept in while it grew, so scaling gets smoother instead of asking you to carry more.

Redesign the role, not just the diary

We map your week with RAG: red, amber and green. A founder role should be mostly green, the work you're genuinely brilliant at, with the draining and soul-destroying work moved off your plate. If your calendar is full of red, the role is built wrong.

Delegation that survives an ADHD memory

The reason delegation doesn't stick isn't discipline. The task leaves your hands, it leaves your head, and it comes back. We build the external structure, including checkpoints and clear ownership, so work stays delegated instead of drifting back to you.

The decisions, and the nervous system around them

At scale the stakes rise and so does the pressure on a brain that already runs hot. We work on decision overload, the urge to fix everything yourself, and the draining RSD, perfectionism and avoidance that make hard conversations harder than they need to be.

Hire and structure around your weak zones

A spiky profile means you're exceptional at some things and genuinely below average at others. Operations, process and people management are usually in the average list. Not because you can't, but because you won't. We fix where everything should live.

Who this is for

The founders I work with best.

If you've built a significant business and your ADHD brain gets overwhelmed, you're in the right place. Most of the people I coach are some version of these.

Plateaued

Stuck at a ceiling that shouldn't be the ceiling

You've been at roughly the same revenue for longer than you'd like. More ideas, more effort, new strategies, same level. The plateau usually isn't just about ADHD focus. It's about a role that stopped fitting you a while ago.

Scaling

Outgrowing the systems that used to work

The setup that ran a six-figure business is buckling under a seven-figure one. More open loops than your working memory can hold, more people, more decisions. It didn't degrade slowly. It fell over. This happens in most 6-9 figure businesses.

Founder-CEO

Founder-CEOs running the show

You started it and now you run it. The vision was never the hard part. The business has outgrown how you operate, and some of the bottleneck is you. We safely rebuild the business and your role around your brain so you can lead without the personal heroics.

Post-raise

Founders after funding or a step change

A raise or a jump in size brought a board, more eyes, and a role you're suddenly meant to perform. The terror of taking it from a small team to a real organisation eases once you let go of the old role at a pace you can manage.

Late-diagnosed

Late-diagnosed & self-identified founders

Diagnosed in mid-life, or fairly sure but never formally. You've spent years compensating and masking. Now you need to understand how your brain has been unhelpfully shaping the business all along.

AuDHD

AuDHD founders carrying both

ADHD and autism together, with the spiky profile that comes with it. Deep focus and pattern recognition in your zone, real cost outside it. We build the business so it runs on the first and protects you from the second.

Why me

I've got the same brain, and I've scaled a business with it.

I'm AuDHD: ADHD and autism together. I built and scaled a previous business to $20M in sales before I understood why some things felt effortless and others were flat-out impossible for me. I also learned the hard way what it costs when a company runs entirely through its founder.

For the last five years I've coached ADHD and AuDHD founders full time. Over a hundred of them. I usually read how your brain and personality work inside the first ten minutes.

People relax around me fast. They stop performing the founder-who-has-it-together act, and then we get to the real thing and actually move.

If we work together

What working together actually looks like.

Here's how I help you get out of your own way and let the business grow.

It's a series of focused sessions, working on the shape of your role and the patterns that keep pulling work back to you. The aim is clarity and a business that runs without you in the centre, kept simple enough that your working memory never has to hold the whole thing at once.

↻ And round again. That rhythm is what keeps the change in place.
Proof

What founders say after working together.

Real five-star reviews from founders I've coached. Different businesses, same shift: the important work starts getting done, as the old patterns fall away.

He just got it.
From the very first conversation we had, he just got it. He understood the challenges I was facing (within the business, and personally too) and the bottlenecks that were holding me back. Since then, my business has grown exponentially year on year… Working with someone who genuinely understands how my mind works and the way I operate as a founder has made the whole process far easier and far less overwhelming.

After a raise, scaling the business.
Following an investment raise in 2025, I became very aware of my limitations and gaps in experience when it came to scaling a business… As someone with ADHD, finding a coach who truly understands how my mind works was critical… The ongoing sessions and regular check-ins have had a greater impact than I could ever have expected. From practical tools for emotional regulation to simple yet powerful reframing techniques, Phil's guidance has been invaluable.
SRSimon RitterbandPost-raise founder
I was able to fix my financial problems.
He had a knack of being able to take my over-explanation of the situation and condensing it and streamlining it… For me, with my ADHD brain, it helped me really understand things at such an easy level to execute. When I did execute within a week, I was able to fix my financial problems. Now I'm in a position where I'm growing, I'm leading the company, and I just overall got my mojo back.

A trusted mentor working alongside me.
Phil has a gentle but effective way of drawing out my business potential. Conversations with him often led to genuine "eureka" moments, where I realised the knowledge and confidence were already in me… Working with Phil, feels less like traditional coaching and more like having a trusted mentor working alongside me. Phil's gravitas, business acumen and warm nature are a rare asset for any ND entrepreneur…

New growth, and I enjoy running it again.
He helped me to work my way through some difficult trade-offs in my business which has led us to new growth… while significantly improving my enjoyment of running the business. I highly recommend!

He's helped me believe in myself.
I met Phil after finishing up with another ADHD business coach. Having had a bit of a poor experience before hand, I was apprehensive about spending even more money on coaching. After our first call any anxieties I had about the investment I was making were quashed… He's been great in helping me to understand the benefits of a team and where to hire them and above all else he's helped me believe in myself.

Before you ask

The questions I get most.

We find the few things that move your business right now, and where it keeps routing back through you. Then we work out what to keep, what to hand off, and what to fix.

As we talk, I map it all on a Miro board. The thinking sits in front of you instead of in your head, so your working memory gets a break.

You leave with a short list in WhatsApp.

Therapy works on your past. A lot of ADHD coaching works on your laundry and your calendar. This works on your business, and on the version of you that runs it.

There are two sides to it. Your wiring: the ADHD or AuDHD brain you were born with. Your patterns: the control, the identity, the RSD, the habits built on top.

The work is about you, your company and the interaction between the two.

Because the bottleneck usually isn't only an org-chart problem. Part of it is that your brain reaches the answer before the team does, and waiting for them to get there is genuinely uncomfortable, so you step in.

And there's another pull: being the one who fixes it is rewarding and your brain wiring likes that. Or, your perfectionism keeps you from fully letting go. Either way, they keep you at the centre of too much, even when the structure says you don't have to be.

So we work on the structure and on what makes you reach back in. Both, or it doesn't hold.

Both. I switch between them as the moment needs.

Coaching pulls the answer out of you. Mentorship hands you what I learned building to $20M, so you avoid the difficult path and success accelerates.

You get someone who's walked the road, not just a clever set of questions.

No.

Plenty of the founders I work with are self-identified or still figuring it out. If the checklist up the top felt like it was about you, that's enough to start.

The traits and patterns an ADHD brain picks up through life show up all through the business and its history, and they're often what holds it back from growing further.

We find them, separate what's structural from what's personal, and reshape both. You start gravitating toward what you're strong at, and my business background makes sure the gaps left behind get covered.

This page is aimed at founders who've already built a business and are scaling it. If you're still getting it off the ground, my ADHD business coach page is the better fit.

Yes. If you're an executive handling yourself inside a corporate environment rather than running your own company, my executive coaching page is built for that.

You won't be the first. I won't take it personally or make you feel bad.

Going quiet is useful information we can work on, not failure. It means something stalled.

I'll nudge, we'll find what it was, and we'll get you moving again.

Think in months, not weeks. There's no long lock-in, but the work is best over at least six months. Reshaping a role and the patterns underneath it takes more than one good month.

And if it's not the right time for you, I'll say so.
